Overseas Payroll
HERS has 10 years experience in the administration of international payroll. Typically a UK based organisation with contracts to be performed overseas may engage the services of individuals who are not resident in the UK. These individuals would be employed through HERS which administers a centralised payroll for all overseas employees. This provides an efficient solution that can save National Insurance in the UK. Employees will be paid gross without any deductions of tax.
Offshore bank accounts can be set up for the individuals in Jersey or alternatively payment will be made direct to the employees existing bank. HERS can assist the employees with offshore structures and other services.
